When you will hear back
We answer within one working day, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST. Higher licence tiers carry a named contact or an SLA; those response times are set by your order and supersede this one.
What to include
- A technical question — the controller make and model, the gateway version, and what you see versus what you expected. A log tail from the console is worth more than a paragraph of description.
- Pricing or a purchase order — how many controllers, on how many gateways, and your GSTIN and registered name if you intend to claim input credit.
- A refund — the order reference and the licence key. The conditions are on the refunds page.
- A privacy request — say which of your data you mean; see the privacy policy.
Before you write
The downloads page carries the installers, their checksums and the deployment caveats for each platform, and the pricing page lists every tier with what it includes. Both answer most of what arrives in the inbox.
