No per-tag licence

Read 20 tags or 20,000 — the price is the same. Tag metering is the single line item that makes a brownfield retrofit unpredictable to budget.

No annual maintenance

Kepware charges 20% a year, Ignition 16%. Here, a licence you bought for a machine you shipped keeps working with no renewal attached to it.

No module unbundling

OPC-UA server, Modbus slave, Sparkplug B, SQL logging and REST are in every tier, including the ₹22,000 one.

Prices are per gateway, in INR, exclusive of GST. A gateway is one machine running the service; the tier is set by how many controllers it polls. Volume and OEM-embed licensing for anyone shipping this inside a product.

Currency and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. Give us your GSTIN and registered name at the time of purchase if you intend to claim input credit — an invoice cannot be reissued to a different entity afterwards. Our GSTIN is 06BHKPP4243A1ZM.

What one-time means here

You pay once for a gateway. There is no renewal, no annual maintenance percentage and no support contract you have to keep buying to keep the software running. A machine you shipped three years ago still works, and the licence on it does not need our servers to be reachable to keep polling.

Kepware charges roughly 20% a year in maintenance and Ignition roughly 16%. Those figures, and every competitor price the comparison is built on, are published list prices or sourced public estimates, each shown with the source that produced it.

How you pay

Payment is by card, net banking, UPI or bank transfer against a GST invoice, processed through Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never seen or stored by us. Purchase orders are accepted from registered entities; ask and we will raise a proforma invoice.

Delivery

The installers are a free public download. The licence key is emailed to the address on the order within one working day of payment confirmation. Nothing is shipped physically and no delivery charge is ever added — see the delivery policy.

Refunds

Refundable within 7 days of payment while the key is still unactivated. Because the installers are public, the intended order of events is to prove the gateway reads your controllers first and buy a key second. Full conditions are on the cancellation and refunds page.

Choosing a tier

The tier is set by the number of controllers a single gateway polls, not by tag count, not by client count and not by which protocols you turn on. A second gateway is a second licence. If you are unsure which tier a deployment falls into, describe the topology to us at business@tariniengg.in and we will tell you — including when the answer is a smaller tier than you asked for.

Volume, OEM and enterprise

Anyone embedding the gateway in a product they ship, or rolling it out across multiple sites, is on a written agreement rather than this page. That covers volume pricing, embed rights, an SLA and an escalation path. Cancellation for those orders follows the signed agreement, not the 7-day window above.

Purchases are subject to our terms and conditions — in particular clause 5, which sets out what this software may and may not be used for.
