What gets delivered, and when

The software

Installers for Windows, Ubuntu and macOS are on the public downloads page, each published with the SHA-256 computed from the released file. You do not need a licence, an account or a purchase to download and run one. Nothing is gated behind payment except capacity.

The licence key

Issued to the email address on the order within one working day of payment confirmation, and usually the same working day. The key is what lifts the gateway from its unlicensed limits to the controller count you bought.

Console access

Cloud control plane access is provisioned against the same email address at the same time, so health, logs and remote commands are available as soon as the key is.

No physical goods

We do not ship media, dongles, printed manuals or hardware against a software order. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to give us. If a project of yours needs a gateway supplied on hardware, that is a separate quoted scope with its own terms — it is not part of a licence purchase made through this site.

Where we deliver

Anywhere. Digital delivery is not restricted by geography, and the download mirrors are publicly reachable. Orders are invoiced in Indian Rupees, and GST is applied according to your place of supply.

If a key does not arrive

Check the spam folder of the address on the order first — licence mail carries an attachment-free plain body precisely to survive filters, but corporate gateways are corporate gateways. If it is genuinely not there, email business@tariniengg.in with your order reference and we will reissue it. There is no charge for a reissue, and a key that never arrived has obviously never been activated, so the refund window is unaffected by the delay.
